  • Customers must upload clear photos or videos in the form

  • Requests without valid proof will be rejected

⏰ Time Limit

  • The form must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

We do not accept requests if:

  • Wrong product/size/color ordered by customer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
